Rachelle Jones-Ford, also known as Chelle, is a Life Empowerment Certified Life Coach, author, publisher, and domestic violence survivor. Her mission is to help women evolve and take control of their life experiences. Through her own challenges, she has gained valuable insights on self-worth, capabilities, and overcoming pain to move forward towards peace and growth.
At the age of 10, she moved to St. Martin to live with her parents and siblings. In 1996, at age 14, she relocated to the United States.
In August 2010, Rachelle founded Ford Entertainment Magazine, publishing its first issue in September of that year. Driven by her love for music and talent, she made it her mission to provide a platform for singers, writers, and rap artists to gain exposure, believing that music makes the world go round. Her passion for journalism began in high school, where she worked on the school newspaper for four years, gaining her first experience in publishing, editing, and journalism. She also holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing.
Beyond her magazine, Rachelle has published several of her own books and organized the Ford Entertainment Awards to celebrate independent talent. She has also published books for various independent authors, including her daughter, who became an award-winning published author at the age of nine.
Rachelle is the CEO of Ford Entertainment Magazine, which encompasses LadyChelle Projects, specializing in graphic design, printing, and book publishing. She is also the CEO of Kreyol Link Solutions, a Haitian translation service, and Techrizz Solutions, an app development company. Additionally, she serves as the Executive Director of the Newtown Entrepreneur Business Association (NEBA) and the Brave Hearts Foundation. She is the marketing manager for Excelsior Patrol Security Academy in Miami, FL, and the business manager for Satisfying Technical Automotive Needs (STAN) an auto repair dispatch company. Rachelle is a married mother of four, continually striving to uplift and support independent talent.
Rachelle’s journey is a testament to resilience and determination. She is dedicated to empowering women and providing them with the tools and support they need to transform their lives. Through her various roles and initiatives, she continues to make a significant impact on her community and beyond.
